WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Promet is looking for a full-time RFP Research Associate to work with its established team of professionals. The position is available to Philippine applicants, preferably Cebu-based. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing direct search and aggregating services, source new RFP leads and evaluate according to the scoring criteria pre-determined by Promet
• Conduct thorough review and documentation of potential disqualifiers or red flags
• Create new opportunities for Proposal team review in SalesForce
• Create document folders in Proposal Lead’s designated Google Drive location
• Register deals with Partners and update tracking spreadsheets accordingly
• Submit Questions, monitor for Q&A postings and add to SF and AG Lived Ops folder
• Monitor for contracts awarded on projects that were either registered or proposed upon
• Attend seminars/online learning experiences and return notes (as applicable)
• Source Requirements for state agencies Promet should register with (eg. DIR, NASPO)
• Register Promet as a vendor as needed to access RFP materials and submittal

• Identify the buyers:
  • CMO and their lieutenants
  • CIO and their lieutenants
• Identify the procurement officers
• Sign up for procurement opportunities and wait for WEB opps
• Outreach to procurement and buyers
