Eugenia Viti

Eugenia brings almost a decade of experience spanning HR, recruiting, and business operations to Promet's People Operations function. She owns the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting and applicant tracking system management (including leading Promet's JazzHR-to-Manatal migration) to benefits administration, multi-state compliance, and workplace accommodations across Promet's distributed U.S. team. She also oversees the tools and subscriptions that keep the company running, from HRIS and time-off tracking platforms to vendor and carrier evaluations. She help track and gather data for KPIs and NPS. Her work sits at the intersection of people operations and business administration, ensuring Promet's teams have the systems, support, and compliance foundation they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Eugenia is a published cartoonist, illustrator and author.
