Before joining the Promet Source team, Rod amassed an impressive 13 years of diverse experience in the realm of BPO. His expertise predominantly lies in contact center solutions and web technologies where he has excelled in team leadership across various domains, including Professional Services, Customer Support, Project Management, Quality Assurance and other B2B/Service Delivery engagements.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Rod has also made a significant impact in the field of education. He devoted seven years to teaching IT subjects, spanning both high school and college levels, within both public and private educational institutions. Furthermore, he served as the Assistant College Dean for the College of Computer Studies and assumed the pivotal role of Thesis Coordinator.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Rod’s passions extend to exploring the world through travel, indulging in binge-watching sessions, and immersing himself in the pages of leadership and personal development literature, with a particular fondness for “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”
