InfusionSoft creates sales and marketing software for small businesses. Their product includes solutions for contact management, CRM, marketing automation and e-commerce - in a single online system. Much of their customer base has grown through their robust partner program. InfusionSoft celebrates, unites and educates their partner base with an annual partner conference. PartnerCon requires a new, fresh website every year.

Why Promet?

InfusionSoft’s corporate website is a Drupal site. In the past, the PartnerCon website has been on a different platform.  This year (2014) they wanted to move the PartnerCon website to Drupal because they are under an initiative to standardize their CMS. Promet Source is a leader in Drupal development and was a clear choice to build the PartnerCon site.


Promet Source needed to build a fully-functioning site in seven days. The site needed to promote speakers, agenda, sponsors and FAQ as its main sections. Other portions of the site to be built included testimonials, registration and venue information/booking. Additionally, the PartnerCon website required a contact form to be integrated with Marketo - a tool for customer tracking.


Promet Source successfully built InfusionSoft’s PartnerCon website in the accelerated, seven day timeframe using a watergile approach; development was performed in iterations. Rapid prototyping by Promet’s team of Drupal developers allowed for a quick turn around. The team implemented Drupal 7 with a custom integration with Magento.


The site was built in Drupal 7 within their seven day timeline. The site pops with animated buttons, icons and pictures. Event registration and user management is intuitive for both the audience and site administrators. The homepage features video, easy site navigation, social media links and streamlined event information.

Promet Source built the site so that it can be easily modified and refreshed for subsequent events.
